A practical way to begin
Start with the whole-person check-in or growth interview. Listen for something a grade would not reveal, then choose one way to offer feedback that recognizes effort, character, and a specific next step.
How to use it
Work through the guide on your own or with a small group of educators. Connect the reflections with real teaching situations while protecting student privacy. Choose a practical adjustment you can review, rather than trying to change every part of your work at once.
Read each cited Bible passage in context. The guide uses King James Version Scripture, with devotional reflections and prayer starters to help you respond. Let the Bible remain the foundation of your study.
